Questions parents ask
Does it need Wi-Fi?+
Yes. Connect it to a 2.4GHz network or a phone hotspot to make new stickers. Once it's set up you can move it to any room within range.
Why black and white?+
On purpose. Line art gives kids something to color, which stretches one sticker into a whole activity.
How do I change the paper?+
An adult opens the paper door, drops in a fresh roll with the shiny side facing out, and closes it. [Add your exact steps or a video link.]
Can I use other thermal paper?+
Stick with our refills. Other rolls may be the wrong size or coating, which can jam the printer and void the warranty.
Prints look faint. What now?+
Try a new roll and keep paper away from heat and sunlight. If it's still faint, wipe the roller gently with a dry cloth.
Can more than one kid use it?+
Yes. There are no profiles or logins. Whoever presses the button gets the next sticker.
Does it run on batteries?+
No, it plugs in with the included adapter.
